The Shopping-cum-Hotel Complex is conceived as a contemporary mixed-use building with a clear, functional massing and a strong urban presence. The design adopts a simple rectilinear form articulated through stepped volumes and projecting balconies, creating depth and visual rhythm along the façade. Large glazed openings ensure ample daylight and visual connectivity, enhancing the commercial vibrancy at the lower levels while providing comfortable, well-lit hotel rooms above. The neutral façade palette reinforces a timeless character, allowing form and proportion to take precedence. Active ground-floor retail spaces engage the street, while the upper floors maintain privacy and order, resulting in a balanced integration of commerce and hospitality within a single cohesive architectural expression.
