Large glazed openings ensure ample daylight and visual connectivity, enhancing the commercial vibrancy at the lower levels while providing comfortable, well-lit hotel rooms above. The neutral façade palette reinforces a timeless character, allowing form and proportion to take precedence. Active ground-floor retail spaces engage the street, while the upper floors maintain privacy and order, resulting in a balanced integration of commerce and hospitality within a single cohesive architectural expression.
