The Website may provide an AI Design Concierge that asks users to select project categories, provide project context, identify priorities, and receive an initial design-oriented experience. Information submitted to the AI Design Concierge may be processed by Pande & Associates and, where applicable, technology providers supporting the feature.
The AI Design Concierge is an initial information and guidance tool. Its output is not a final architectural, engineering, structural, legal, statutory, financial, construction, safety, or regulatory determination. Users should not rely on an automated output as a substitute for professional review, site assessment, statutory verification, engineering analysis, or a signed project engagement.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may process personal data based on your consent, your request for a service or consultation, performance or steps connected with a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law, or other lawful grounds recognised by applicable data-protection law.
Where consent is required, we will seek it in an appropriate manner. Where consent is the basis of processing, you may withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limitations and the consequences explained at the time of withdrawal.

We seek to handle such information appropriately and may restrict access to personnel, associates, consultants, vendors, and other persons who need it for the authorised purpose.
Users should not submit highly sensitive information through a general Website form unless requested or necessary. Project-specific confidentiality obligations should be documented in the applicable appointment, NDA, consultancy agreement, work order, or other written instrument.
