decades, Pande & Associates has evolved with the changing nature of Indian
architecture — from residences and commercial buildings to hospitality,
industrial, institutional, landscape and public architecture. Founded in 1968,
the practice has grown through generations of work, adapting to changing
technologies, materials, urban conditions and the evolving needs of society
while remaining grounded in the fundamentals of thoughtful, context-responsive
design.
Over the years, this
journey has extended across a wide range of building types, scales and
geographies, bringing together architecture, interior design, landscape and
multidisciplinary expertise. The practice has worked on more than 500 projects,
encompassing private, commercial, industrial, institutional and public
commissions, and has engaged with government bodies, public-sector
organisations and institutions alongside private clients.
Today, Pande & Associates
continues to build on this accumulated experience under the leadership of Ar.
Nitin Pande, Principal Architect, with a growing team of associates and
collaborators. The practice combines the perspective gained from decades of
